With a small previous owner's entry from 1844 on the endpaper of the first book. Only this one with a tear in the palatine outside the platemark. Vol. 4 in the inner margin on approx. 10 leaves traces of red chalk, easily erasable. Well-preserved, very decorative copy. -- 12,3 : 7,5 cm. Vier uniforme Ganzlederbände der Zeit mit goldgeprägten Rückentiteln auf je 2 Rückenschilden und reichhaltigem, goldgeprägten Rückenschmuck. Mit kleinem Vorbesitzereintrag von 1844 auf dem Vorsatzpapier des ersten Buches. (4), XVI, 184; (4), 167 / 201, 174, (4) / 192, 187 / 169, 27, 22, (2), 41, 31, 30, 31, (2), 19, 13, 16 Seiten mit zwei gestochenen Porträts, sieben gestochenen Frontispizen und einer gestochenen Faltkarte. Nur diese mit einem Einriß am Pfalz ausserhalb des Plattenrandes. Vol. 4 im Innenrand an ca. 10 Blättern Spuren von roter Kreide, gut radierbar. Gut erhaltenes, sehr dekoratives Exemplar
